Are You on the Lake?
Yes- we are right on the shoreline with a nice dock and sandy bottom in 3' of clear water.
How many bedrooms does the cottage have and what are the sleeping arrangements?
We have 3 bedrooms with queen beds, ensuite baths and a loft/sitting area with a single bed and trundle.
How far is it to groceries and other supplies?
Our cottage is less than 15 minutes by car to Meijer, Walmart. Home Depot, Lowes and many other place to shop.
How far are Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Harbor Springs?
Via car only 15 minutes to Petoskey, 20 minutes to Charlevoix and 25 minutes to Harbor Springs.
Do you have water toys available for use by renters?
Yes, we have 2 kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards.
Do you have air conditioning?
No our cottage does not have air conditioning, but it is rarely needed due to the prevalent breezes and ceiling fans.
Does the home have off street parking?
Yes, we have off street parking for up to five vehicles.
Are there hiking trails nearby?
Yes, there are numerous hiking trails around Walloon Lake and maps are available from the Walloon Lake Association. www.walloon.org
